Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy +

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid the full charge for unused spa time, and we’ll happily rebook you at no extra cost.

Advance booking +

We are often booked 3-4 weeks in advance with late week and weekends being our busiest times – so please give yourself plenty of time if a reservation on a special date is required.

Vouchers +

My Day Spa no longer sells gift vouchers. All existing gift voucher are valid for 12 months only (from the date of issue).No voucher will be redeemable after expired date. Vouchers can be used for treatments and products and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Bookings for one person only +

Due to the fact that we are a unique, busy and small spa we are unable to cater for couples or large groups. All bookings can cater for only one person at a time.

Additional treatments may be added to the booking, if staff availability and booking time allows. It must be confirmed at the time of booking e.g. not upon arrival.

Additional treatments will be charged at the normal rate in addition to the treatment rate paid.

Covid-19 Policy +

Our priority at the best of times is to offer our guests total peace of mind, and our pandemic management plan reflects that too.

  • Please do not visit the spa if you or someone else around you is unwell, or if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19
  • Please take guidance from our staff as you enter the spa
  • Our staff will be wearing treatment-specific PPE
  • Feel free to use the disposable face masks we have available to you during your visit
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene is not new to us, but during Covid-19 alert levels, the disinfection of counters, surfaces and handles of both shared and private areas occurs between all treatments.
